Joel, as with the usual kids, falls sick easily after he goes to school. So I cooked porridge for him last weekend. I have not cooked porridge ever since he ventured into rice, fried stuff - the junk food. The porridge as always is full of good ingredients. Dried scallops, sweet corn, carrot, wolfberries, spinanch and a big piece of fish. He finished 3/4 of the pot, me only a small tiny bowl :)
