Xmas Gifts

Joel opened the gifts with Wows, Wahs. His fave #1 gift is a Barney Bolster from Jac, #2 fave is a musical penguin from Fern, #3 Bob the Builder waterbottle from Dawn. He brings Barney out, and sleeps with all 3 of his faves. Check out my facebook album for more pictures uploaded.

Happy Kids!!

Big & small kids, age from 1 to 10, all gathered at the BBQs. Joel had a great time, of cos followed by great nightmares too. I love the girls, so nice to have daughters!

Bolt

We brought Joel to the movies for the first time. He was ok for the first half of the movie, laughing, eating his pop corn and drink. Second half - he slept till the end! Its good for us, we enjoyed throughout the whole show. Great cartoon except I think the Hamster in the ball steal the show! Cute!

Xmas Dinner

Fern our eco-friendly gal, bought a thermas cup for Angel. Coincidentally, I bought her a set of cutlerys and a organic body lotion. See we all know her so well! I got a Lipstick! Elaine knows me too, I'm a cosmetic person, hehehe.

Injury

Got a shock when we saw his mouth is covered with blood. He used his daddy's shaver, tried to shave himself!

Spicy Eater

He loves curry puff. Also the preserved ginger in Jap restaurants. Looks like, we have another spicy eater in the house.

Nice Xmas Tree

I like this xmas tree! Pretty in pink!

Thai Express

Its our 1st visit. Good service, food wise not too bad, will def visit again. I had to order 2 main course, Joel can eat a sweet & sour fish with rice by himself!

Underweight?

I think he's underweight... looks like only 12kg.

Always want to go out

In his PJs, was a boring weekday night. Joel lead me to the carpark, found the car, and urged me to bring him out. Of cos not! He cried so loud on the way back, luckily, our nice auntie nbor packed Mac for dinner, and gave him fries! That stopped his tears immediately.

Snugly Fit Sleepwear

Bought this sleepwear from Old Navy website (there is a on-going buying craze). Snugly fit, looks so skinny but its v comfy. Noticed his black face, cos I was holding a cane. Cannot sit / stand still for a photo!

Picky Eater

Does not want to eat home cooked food. But once he's out, he can clean up a decent portion of kids meal. This meal + apple juice we had at Spageddies is big. My salmon is not bad too. Can revisit.

Bad Habit

The little monkey needs to have things on his hands whenever we are out. That obstructs any chance of getting a good picture. It's being blocked by his bolster, pillow and some toys Arghhhh :x

Globegrotters

Their food were not great at all, we are smarter this time, we just went there to drink coffee. And let Joel played in the room, and we just relax. The last time we went was for Joel's 2nd Bday, Globe needs to spruce up their playroom, kind of stinks!

Hearing Test: Results - NORMAL!

We were all jitters about the hearing test, but thank god, everything went well. There was no need to put Joel on sedation, he was rather well behaved. The doctor was about to order the sedation, cos he doesnt want to be tested on his left ear. Then I was called in, and Joel let the doc test on him. Yea! Everything went well, and we are out to celebrate. Went to our fave Santouka restaurant. Love the ramen! Oops sorry Marutama, you are at #2 place now.

His Prized Gain

His fave place at the supermarket is where the drinks are! We walked into a Korea Supermart, and he stood at the drinks fridge, refused to go. So I asked him to pick a drink, I know he will surely pick this bottle cos its so cartoon, but we all dont know what kind of drink is that, all in Korean. At the cashier, he picked a tube of sweets which was promptly asked to be put back!

Mimolette

Fine dining's not for me :P Perhaps its not meant for lunch where you have to go back and finish up your work!

I meant what I said

28 Sept Sunday - 12noon, we decided to have lunch at our fave chicken rice stall. Joel refused to eat. I told him fine there will be no food till 6pm. By the time we had dinner at Dian Xiaoer (I purposely picked Chinese food over his fave Jap or Italian), he was so hungry, he chose to chomp down all the rice by himself. He had 2 bowls of rice! There after, he dragged us into Burger King and ate onion rings! Muahahahah!

Little Drummer

He's been eyeing to open his present. When met with difficulty to unwrap it, he took a little key as a tool to help him. Smart!

F1 Fever

I love this shoe, so sporty, so red, and that Ferrari logo...wow steady! Must buy!

Celebration in School

Hmm the cake looks like a girl.. Joel enjoyed every bit with 10 kids singing bday song for him.

3rd Bday Celebration

It was really tiring fixing the food, Joel was so happy, he loves the part when we sang him the birthday song. He clapped along.
